Pasta is a training companion, not a doctor. Train sensibly, own your decisions, and pay only through Apple. That's most of it — the details are below, in plain English.
These terms are an agreement between you and AI OR DIE PTE. LTD. (Singapore), and they apply to the Pasta app, this website, and our support channels. By using any of them, you accept these terms. If you downloaded Pasta from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed-application terms apply too; where they overlap, these terms add to them rather than replace them.
You need to be at least 13 to use Pasta. If you're not old enough to enter a contract where you live, use Pasta with a parent or guardian's consent.
Pasta does not provide medical advice. Workouts, plans, readiness signals, and any other guidance in the app are for general fitness information only. Before starting a training program — especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or haven't exercised in a while — talk to a doctor. Stop training and seek help if something feels wrong: pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, anything alarming. You know your body; the app doesn't.
Pasta's workouts and plans are generated by AI — Apple's models by default, or an AI provider you connect yourself. AI gets things wrong: an exercise may not suit you, a load may be too ambitious, a plan may misread your goal. Review what it suggests, scale it to your level, and treat it as a starting point, not a prescription. You are responsible for how you train.
If you bring your own AI key, that provider relationship is yours: their terms, their costs, their availability. Keep your key safe — anything generated with it is billed to your account with them.
Pasta offers a free trial, auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime unlock. All of it is billed by Apple through your App Store account — we never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time in your App Store subscription settings; a cancelled subscription runs to the end of its paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Prices are shown in the app before you pay and can change for future periods — never retroactively.
Your training data is yours. It lives on your device, and we claim no rights over it. The app itself — its design, code, artwork, and name — is ours; we license it to you for personal, non-commercial use on your Apple devices. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the app or generate competing products from its internals.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Pasta without owing you anything — though we'll likely thank you.
Some plans come from independent coaches through our coach platform. Coaches are not our employees, and a coach's plan is their work, not ours: we don't verify coaching credentials, and the same judgment applies — review the plan, train within your limits. Your relationship with a coach, including anything you purchase from them, is between you and the coach under the coach platform's own terms.
The support chat goes to a real person. Use it for Pasta, keep it civil, and don't send anything illegal or abusive. Don't use the app or this site to break the law, probe our systems, or interfere with the service others receive. We can suspend access to our services (support, beta, coach features) to protect them or the people using them.
Beta builds are pre-release software: features change, things break, and data handled by a beta build can be lost. Use them because you enjoy the frontier, and keep expectations calibrated accordingly.
Pasta is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries arising from your training decisions. Where liability can't be excluded, ours is capped at what you paid us for Pasta in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here reduces consumer rights the law grants you regardless of contract.
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date, and material changes will be called out in the app. You can stop using Pasta any time by deleting the app — your subscription is managed with Apple either way. We may discontinue features or the service; if we ever discontinue something you paid for, we'll handle it fairly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes belong to the courts of Singapore — except where the law of your home country gives you protections and venues that apply regardless.
